  • Proven ability to nurture client relationships at all levels of an organization, from Board of Director members to C-suite executives to day-to-day users

  • Familiarity with delivering and executing contracts for renewals and upsells

  • Multiple successes with implementation and deployment of various web-based products (e.g. E-Learning Learning Management Systems and Board Portals) to a wide range of client profiles, varying from small, non-profit organizations to multi-national enterprise clients

  • Project Management for key clients, ranging from training deployments to data exchange projects to course customization; working interdepartmentally and with external vendors to successfully fulfill client requirements

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Flexibility in working in a team environment and independently, remotely and in-person

  • Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
